I bought a truck from these guys not even a year ago. It was a older truck so I was more than aware it wasn't going to be perfect but would expect a car lot to not put a junk vehicle on the lot. But it hurts to say I was very wrong. Since then the transfer case has gone out, the gears in the differential shattered, electrical issues, and today ( my last straw) the transmission that was supposedly rebuilt fail. Coming from a family with a good amount of car sales men this is a disgrace of a lot and not a single person should ever buy anything from them. I've never missed a payment and for them to sell a truck like them to that kind of customer is revolting. I rather deal with the big box lots and high interest rates than this place

If I could give this place 0 I would. The lady Desiree is extremely rude! Talked down on me and my wife. I was about to purchase a car had everything in hand ready but the way she treated us I will never work with these guys and anyone on google here thinking of going to this place DON’T!!! I will take this review down once she’s gone and fired. Just like the other review this guy posted I had the SAME experience. Do go to this dealership. The owner should fire her. Good luck finding a car people of google!

10/10 for this lot I went and was there awhile joking and talking with them aswell as I got a car from them! They’re great people super friendly and they deserve the business I hope you all go to them the mechanics a really good guy and the desk lady they helped me out a lot and got the the car I wanted and it’s a great car! A little pricey but who cares its 2023! Payments are fair and down payments are fair hope everyone who sees this gives them a try if your wanting to jump into a car fast as possible this 2008 Ford Mustang is perfect to me!

I would give zero stars if that were an option. My boyfriend did detailing work for this company and after he cleaned several DISGUSTING cars and got them ready to sell they refused to pay him. They made several excuses and even tore up his invoice and threw it in his face. No professionalism whatsoever.

Car is a good vehicle. Nothing wrong with it or the pricing for being a credit choice kind of place. Would be a good review but the lady at the counter is just a c**t. Asked for her help in office while we purchased the car to make sure we had insurance set up correctly. She told us it doesn't matter and proceeded to tell us to change it back and forth for the next month. Refused to tell us what was incorrect. And then just flat out lied saying she spoke to my wife when she didn't even have her contact info. Just wanting people to have the truth. It works if there's no where else you can go but you should always try somewhere else first. It's worth the extra money to not have to deal with a c**t like this

If I could leave ZERO stars I most definitely would. ABSOLUTE WORSE customer service I have ever seen, everyone in the office is completely disrespectful and rude. Wouldn’t recommend at all!!!

The lady that handles applications was very rude and extremely judge mental. We had everything in hand from bills to the money and still wouldn’t give us the car because we don’t know why. She said “ well this just isn’t gunna work we should jus skip this whole thing”. Like saying she doesn’t wanna sell it to us. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE. DO NOT GO THERE
