She is also knowledgeable about all products. I’m 5’10 and have the hardest time finding things, she takes her time and lets me know what the latest trend is, and also if I ask her opinion on how something looks she is always honest!! I always get complements on my outfits and people ask me where I get them, usually from the Ross Store in Sherman! Just be patient with the lines during the holidays and busy hours.
