“Wow. The Charlotte's letter rescued our little business when we were in a bind and offered the most exceptional service! We made a change to our product that required us to sew hundreds of products in a short amount of time. Without the proper equipment, we were scrambling to find a solution. When I called this company to see if they could help me figure out our sewing equipment needs, the owners invited me in and gave me valuable advice! They also sewed over 100 pieces of product for me within 24 hours of dropping it off.All of that was amazing, but what was even more amazing was what happened next. When I went to pick up the product, there was a slight issue with the way the straps were sewn. When I mentioned it to the owner, he didn't hesitate to offer to re-do them and insisted that I let him do them over again. He then un-did and re-sewed all of the straps within 24 hours!The owner's have a heart for serving their customers and for producing the highest quality products!! I would 100% recommend them for any project that requires sewing! I am so excited to have such a gem of a company here in my home town!!”
“Clean, neat, and good prices some of it is overpriced but it does have good clearance deals on it I paid 250 for at least two or three weeks worth of clothes for two children ages 5 and 7. Now baby clothes are probably going to feel more expensive for how little you material there is but most of it is adorable”

“Absolutely beautiful kid's resale shop! Clean, organized and very reasonably priced. I found some great pieces for my kiddo and almost all were discounted even lower than priced on the tag. Lots of cute stuff, no holes etc. Owner is friendly and happy to help. So glad we found this store!”
