Our GSD can be a bit anxious in different situations (and can be a bit snippy), but the doctor and tech were so kind, patient, and understanding. It made everything go so smoothly! They were quick, kind, professional, and helpful! The front office staff was exceptionally sweet! We are very picky about where our boy goes for care, and we will definitely returning for future needs.

Brought in a stray who needed follow-up care after going to the emergency vet overnight when he showed up bleeding. They were great. They got him in for vaccinating and neutering, and everyone there made a scarred street cat feel like the best boy. Everyone I interacted with was so kind and helpful.

Very personable and caring staff. Took good care of my Stormi girl and really looked her over for issues. She came in for mastitis in one teat which they made sure all milking teats were doing good. Highly recommend this place. This was our first time in and definitely not our last. I’ll be bringing all my furbabies in for checkups here.
UPDATE:
Due to some failed items that should have been processed at the visit yesterday, my furbaby, Rex, was rushed to the ER last night with a $1700 bill. He needed IV fluids and bloodwork done for an anaphylactic shock that occurred from the booster parvo/lepo shot he received two days prior. Picked him up from the ER to take him back up here for more fluids and watching out for him. The vet and staff have diligently watched my baby today and helped get him better. They made things right with issues that arose. Called me a few times throughout the day to give me updates. I recommend this vet’s office for care of your pets.

Dr. McCarville and staff are thorough and caring. The veterinary care my 3 senior dogs have received helped 2 of them live longer than I ever expected and is helping my current older dog live his best life. They all had or have very different issues and Dr. McCarville has been excellent in every situation.

Our dog was very sick, we had taken him to multiple vets and Canyon Creek was the first office to say "we don't know, but we are going to find out". They referred us out to a vet dermatologist! We just acquired a new puppy and we will ALWAYS use Canyon Creek for our animals. Their staff are the best!

Maddie is the friendly voice on the phone when you call to make an appointment. Bradley is a technician who was so kind and gentle with our dog on the first visit. Angi is knowledgeable and helpful. Dr. Lucero is very thorough and informative. We’ve had our dog for almost a year and haven’t had to see the vet often, perhaps three times in all but every visit we are happy with the service we receive and more importantly our dog is happy. I think the standard of care is excellent and the costs associated with that care are very reasonable. We highly recommend Canyon Creek Family Vet.

If I could give Canyon Creek that zero stars I would I am very frustrated that I am a loyal customer. I have two pets that I take here and I’ve referred multiple friends and family to take their loved animals to this vet. I took my second puppy to get a wellness exam where They overlooked her ears and did not notice that she had ear mites. I called that same day from the wellness visit to inform them that I noticed the black discharge and they inform me not to go back. They informed me to keep an eye on it yet a week later I went back and I was charged an additional exam fee for something that was overlooked in the first Wellness exam visit I spoke to the management and they said they cannot do anything. I informed them that they would be losing loyal clients and they did not seem to care the practice manager. Anna does not care for her customers or the loyalty of customers here in the community it’s sad that I have to find another vet for my puppies. Shame on canton creek vet!!!

One of the best experiences at a vet I have ever had. Dr. McCarville was very knowledgeable, kind, thorough, and confident. We had an idea of what was going on after speaking with her and a clear plan.
Susan is absolutely amazing, too. We have seen her several times.
They worked us in same day for a new pet and price was reasonable! I highly recommend this office for your pets.

Canyon Creek Family Veterinarian, the Staff and the Veterinarian, were showing compassion and did an excellent job with my dog and I.

Well I'm guessing the negative reviews , are right, I have a vet , but looking for another one , I decided to read the reviews first. I was reading some that say they don't answer the phones, and I've called several times , so unless I just caught them on a bad day the reviews are right , I'll keep looking for another vet , thank God I read the reviews ...

Adopted a puppy from a labrador rescue and Dr Lucero did a great job of getting little Sailor up and going on her shots and care. What a great Veterinary office. Thank you!
Our vet was closed on Monday and Shiloh had a stroke. Susie and Dr Lucero were the most kind and compassionate care you can imagine. They walked us through what was happening and the whole family was able to say goodbye as she slipped away. A sad but peaceful process. I will never forget what you did for us (relative strangers) Canyon Creek Veterinary Clinic! Thank you,
