This shop has more business than it can handle. They transported my vehicle to another location with my permission to be repaired. However it was returned with not all work complete. The biggest disappointment was definitely the level of customer service I experienced at this location. Mistakes happen, well all mess up. However, there is no excuse for such poor communication and customer service. Very disappointed.

hello, my name is Andrea Tisdale. I am new to the Sherman area from Dallas Texas and I previously bought me a 2015 QX 60 Infiniti and I ordered some parts to place on the body of the vehicle. I had an appointment with Danny’s paint and body in Sherman , I went to my appointment as scheduled and was not available to do the job so my husband called caliber collision and spoke with Mr. Jesse. He told my husband just to bring the vehicle up. He’ll take care of us once we arrive to caliber collision greeted my husband and Iexplained to him what needed to be done to the vehicle and I have the parts and the fog in hand drove it back to the bay area to begin to do the work on it. He called me about 45 minutes to an hour later, the vehicle was ready. He explained to me that, I didn’t need a bulb that section of the car had just been unplugged he plugged back and started to work. Mr. Jesse did not charge me anything to do this work on my car so I just want to give shout out to Jesse and the Staff at caliber, collision in Sherman, I would go back and I also would recommend great, friendly professionalStaff

I had an excellent experience at Caliber Collision in Sherman Texas. The staff were professional and friendly, and my vehicle was delivered on the date it was promised. They were very proactive with updates on the status of my vehicle throughout the week via text message and phone calls. And my car looked beautiful when I picked it up! Excellent workmanship and customer service!!
