They were careful with everything, cleaned up very well, and were so pleasant to be around. I loved how happy they seemed while they worked... smiling and joking around a little. It was a really nice experience.

Unless money is no big deal to you then no problem. But I feel like a 13inch by 15 inch pane that goes in a garage door should not cost no $246.06. I realize folks need to make a living but holy cow!!!Never again. I should have gotten other bids before proceeding with this over priced company. Also I found that Home Depot sells glass pain that size starting at $6. Bucks!! Wow!!

I have unfortunately had to replace 3 windshields in 2 years. Fortunately Binswanger has helped us immensely. Hopefully I won't have to use them again for a while but I know they will take good care of me.

Binswanger Glass has friendly workers. Everyone spoke to me and helped. The glass which was sent by the manufacturer did not fit properly in my driver's side door. They asked me to return in 3 days to make sure it worked correctly. It did for a few days, but I went back and they ordered another window (and called me when it arrived... I didn't have to remind them) and installed the new one for free. They really cared about doing the job right. If you are looking for a business that is personable and is dedicated to satisfying the customer, Binswanger in Sherman is the place to go! Real down-home local folks who run a business by paying attention to helping the customer reach the goal of fixing the problem. Price was fantastic, too!

I have used Binswanger a couple times in the past and today for a windshield replacement. The service provided was top notch! The icy weather caused a little bit of problems(outside of anyone's control obviously) with scheduling but they were able to get me rescheduled really quick. The ladies at the front desk were really pleasant, helpful, and friendly. Will recommend them to everyone in the future.

Great service! Has fixed several chips in my windshield and can’t even tell where the chips were after they were done. And removed and resealed my rear truck window that was leaking.

The job has not been completed but the two ladies were so nice and personable. You can talk to them and they made time to talk to me. Always a plus for me to be treated friendly.
