Shopping experience was great. Staff was very helpful. We bought a recliner & two of their ladies that worked on the floor helped us load it and off we went. They were great!!

Big lots being a place I often go, there have been times when staff seems to not be so helping and considerate but recently there was a lady named Brittney that went out of her way to help me with a great friendly attitude. I really just want to say thanku and good customer service is always a win anywhere u go.
