Bryan assuming general manager wasn't helpful at all, infact he said the staff checked me out incorrectly,so the warranty I purchased wasn't correct.
Again not my fault.
I have purchased 2 tablets from this best buy and had warranty on both, returned the 1st tablet no problem in store,this time Bryan refused to do the same, saying his staff did it incorrectly,so denied my return and then it doesn't seem he trained staff correctly, from him statement.
