Car wouldn't start so I went in and asked Ray M. for a battery check. He checked my whole electrical system , Said my battery should be replaced and did so within about 10 minutes. I have never had a better experience .

Absolutely appalled by the racism and ignorance presented in this stores customer service. From asking for a gentleman’s green card to complaining to me as I’m walking out the door, do better dude.

I needed a headlight replaced on my Honda. The nice man helping me, replaced it himself and afterwards tested to make sure it was working. He was very nice and patient. I wish I would have gotten his name. His customer service is why I will be choosing this location for any future business. THANK YOU!

The store itself was fine but the man who helped me made me extremely uncomfortable. He was middle aged/older with a long gray beard coming from his chin (not so much the sides). He made numerous sexual jokes to me (asking what exactly “I’m into” when I requested ropes/tie downs), tried to joke about whether or not I was married, and became disappointed when he couldn't get my number for an Auto Zone membership, saying he usually likes to “add them to his rolodex.” He also made an excuse to touch me multiple times. Im fine with innocent flirting, but he was creepy, not to mention doing all of this in the work place which is entirely unprofessional. Also important to note that he is decades older than me. Just thought Id put it out there that this location should at the very least reprimand and keep a close eye on him.

Logan was super helpful, respectful and kind... he even cleared a path for my disabled mother to get to the restroom. Definitely thankful for him.

Turned up to the store late at night. I went to get medication for my baby & my car wouldn’t start. My neighbour jumped it and we left it running until I could get to the store. I turned up & explained I needed a battery because I had to take my baby to the hospital at 6.45am.Firstly the website said the battery was in stock, it wasn’t.Next the guy there came out to “check” my battery and turned my vehicle on and off and said the battery was fine.In that case I didn’t want any business there as I didn’t want people working on my vehicle that can’t even properly check a battery.I went to O’Reily’s & got my battery checked & replaced immediately as it was a BAD battery.I have now made it to my baby’s hospital appt.

Steve Hawkins at Auto Zone is a wonderful technician. He was able to run a diagnostic on my 2011 RAM 1500 and let me know what needed to be done. It's great to have guys like these that really know their business.
