“This is the best place to go for quality and price!! I was in a wreck and had terrible damage to my car, the other party at fault did not have insurance. I originally went to caliber and was quoted 10K! I decided to try here, and was quoted around 5-6k. By the end of it the price was just under 5. Seems a little weird right that it could be done for half the price? nope everything was great! I got scheduled to bring it in the following week, and it was done by the end of that week! And you wouldn’t be able to tell at all that there was ever a scratch. I was even given some money back after it was complete because he ended up not needing it all! I will never take my car anywhere else now and you shouldn’t either if you want honest and quality work :) The owner Bob has awesome vibes, I knew even just after the first phone call asking if there was a time I could bring my car for an estimate that it was going to be a much experience then at any other car shops.”
“They don't carry a lot of the cosmetic stuff, but if you ask, they can typically have it next day, if you order it early enough. And they're more like a great "Mom and Pop" type, rather than a chain. They know their stuff and you can't best the price for the quality!”

“Had my oil changed and Nadia in service honored my coupon. Thankful for her customer service. However, while waiting, I overheard a sales m.gr talking down to a salesman. Both were older but the manager talked to the salesman like he was two. I thought to myself as I watched for an explosive reaction from the salesman to his superior. I could not believe what I saw. The salesman reacted humbly. The sales manager continued to show his true colors. The salesman took it. Approximately 20 minutes later the salesman approached me and asked if I were ok or needed water? I told him I was fine and thanked him. However, I asked for the name of the tall, slender, elderly manager but guess what? The car salesman said it didn't matter. It was like water off of a ducks back. I was shocked but his response was still to remain humble. I told him that I wish I had his reaction. I was still boiling after 20 minutes had passed from him being talked down to. Obviously the man needed his job. However, this ensured me that I would never want to put my money in that horrible sales mangers pocket. I pray God makes it right for the humble salesman. Really love the service dept.Just wish they vacuumed inside the car since you pay for wash.”

“hello, my name is Andrea Tisdale. I am new to the Sherman area from Dallas Texas and I previously bought me a 2015 QX 60 Infiniti and I ordered some parts to place on the body of the vehicle. I had an appointment with Danny’s paint and body in Sherman , I went to my appointment as scheduled and was not available to do the job so my husband called caliber collision and spoke with Mr. Jesse. He told my husband just to bring the vehicle up. He’ll take care of us once we arrive to caliber collision greeted my husband and Iexplained to him what needed to be done to the vehicle and I have the parts and the fog in hand drove it back to the bay area to begin to do the work on it. He called me about 45 minutes to an hour later, the vehicle was ready. He explained to me that, I didn’t need a bulb that section of the car had just been unplugged he plugged back and started to work. Mr. Jesse did not charge me anything to do this work on my car so I just want to give shout out to Jesse and the Staff at caliber, collision in Sherman, I would go back and I also would recommend great, friendly professionalStaff”
