I have been coming here for about a year and I see a definite improvement in my skin. They are amazing at brows as well. I am happy to find some place so I don't have to drive to frisco every time I want a facial or my brows done.

First time this has happened here as I’ve been a regular here for quite some time, but went on this past Sunday and waited over 45 minutes. That wasn’t a problem but the fact that my normal threader who told me to come in on Sundays as these are normally slower days and that she would be there too so I say okay so she comes in clocks in and asks for the next customer as there were others ahead of me. The problem I did have was the fact that after she finished with the other customer who was ahead of me her friend walks in and I hear her say oh I will just text her and let her know I’m here mind you I’m still waiting to be helped so when she finishes with the customer before me the friend goes back and the owner/manager and I make eye contact as she can see my disbelief and about 5 minutes later the friends sister comes in and she too goes back to join her sister and the threader I’m waiting on. So then the owner/manager has just finished up with a customer so she asks if she could help me. Only because I’ve had bad experiences at the other threaders did I go ahead and let her help me and yes I did voice to her about my frustrations and she blatantly lied and said that the threader was off on Sundays and that she had just come in to do her friends. Long story short it was not right and they all know it and if that’s how they want to treat customers I will gladly find somewhere else to spend my money not to mention I did not get the service I wanted done the way I wanted yet I was still polite and even tipped her. Even had me sign a waiver for eyebrow tint that I have never signed before in all the times I have been seen there. Truthful vent now over!!
Requested style: Tint and high arch
Stylist: Sabine definitely not a high arch but not as bad as the other place in Sherman

I have been coming here for 5 years and I always leave here, satisfied The staff is so welcoming and so professional! If y’all have not been here, you need to come and try. They do amazing job on eyebrows lashes and facials.
