As a hairdresser, this place is fully stocked with a great number of hair products. Never have an issue with what I need being in stock, but my only complaint is that they need more space. Feels a bit conjested.

I really wish I could only give them a 1/2 a star. This is the worst supply store I have ever had to deal with. When you order from them to be delivered to your shop you never receive your whole order. There is always an excuse as to why you didn't receive something. They claimed product is on back order but yet you can go in the store and find it on the shelf. Not to mention they want to charge you $5 for a piece of paper that has the amount that you have spent in their for your year end statemen .

I’ve never had a problem with a supply store not allowing me to return or exchange a product, except for this one!! I purchased a product at the suggestion of one of the girls working in there. I hated the product and had to shampoo it out!!! There is no way I could retail this in my salon. When I went back into the store today, the manager basically called me a liar and wouldnt allow me to return it or exchange it for another product. If this is the company’s return/exchange policy, I won’t be returning. I don’t spend as much here as I do at State Beauty anyways...but I’ll buy elsewhere! Terrible customer service!!!

The rudest employees and customer service experience ever at the Denton Texas location. I’ve shopped at multiple locations and have never encountered such nastiness from an employee. I will never return to that location again and I live in Denton!

I had a Beauty Salon in Sulphur for 35 years and when Armstrong McCall opened up in Sulphur first then moved to Lake Charles I used them then . After I retired I still keep my license renewed and I still by my products there.
