Complete garbage company. They come in and buy other storage companies, raise the rates, remove military discounts, and don't notify anyone about it until their much higher bill arrives.

They’re very professional and clean. I’ve never had any issues with them and I’ve been with them for almost 2 years now. Brandi is very kind and easy to talk to. If I ever need to store my personal belongings again I would definitely go back and would recommend this storage facility with anyone who asked.

I have had no issues with the storage itself. Though there has been 2 price increases in the past few months. Has anything changed or been improved? I'm not sure. We shall see if these increases are justified.

The new ownership (Premium Storage) are continuing to increase prices with little to offer by way of improvements to the property. The front gate needs an upgrade, the units(exterior in particular) should NEVER increase in price until the mice and critters can no longer share your unit with you -"rent free"Property Mgr (Brandie) is the only reason for the 3-stars. She is an all-star.She is a 5, place is a 1 so avg is 3 stars

Have been at this location for about a month. Manager seems friendly, texted messaged me after I completed everything online. It was quick and easy. Place seems secure and well taken care of.
