If I could rate it 0, I would. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! We needed emergency moving services on 7/6/2021. It took 3 of their 24' trucks to move all of our belongings less than 3 miles to their storage. They charged us over $8000.00. They sent a statement for $1175 in storage fees for 15 storage units at $75/month per unit. They wouldn't release our furniture for over a month, after making numerous calls and email requests to Johnny and Kenny, the owner, until after August 23rd. They provide the first month storage free, so they held our property until well after the free period had expired. I hired another moving company to pick up all of our stuff on August 23rd and asked for three 24' trucks. At the end of the day, they only gave back less than 2 trucks of our stuff and withheld all of our most valuable furniture including a jewelry box full of jewelry and antiques. Their storage units are wood crates clamped so no one has access. The movers on August 23rd provided me with pictures of what they found when they went inside the storage unit warehouse. There were no storage units for them to unload, just the belongings they decided to release to us scattered like trash all over the floor. I sent them a deceptive trade practices--consumer protection act notice before suit asking them to return the rest of our stuff. They did not respond and have since cut all communication with us. We intend to file suit in US District Court for damages and return of our belongings withheld from us all this time. We fear that they have unlawfully liquidated or stolen for personal use all of the belongings they kept.

I used A & B Movers to move my belongings to storage after I sold my house, and today they moved me from storage to my new home. I received excellent service both times. They have a great crew who are friendly and thoughtful. Hardworking, never stop for a break.

I would not ever recommend using this moving company. I was clear that I could not go over 4 hours at $100 an hour and then continued to have to push them to get moving even so far as asking if they were going to continue standing around letting grass grow under their feet! I told them I only needed them to move the heavy furniture The one young kid ran circles around the other two! When I talked to the owner I was clear that I was disabled with a kid on chemotherapy and couldn't afford much he said he would drop his rate from $120 an hour to $100 I asked if there was a minimum he said no! When the crew showed up I told them I needed the beds recliners shelves anything heavy moved but they did whatever they wanted I feel like I was definitely over promised and overcharged and under served because I can't lift due to my disability they knew I was at their mercy and man did they take advantage. Let me be clear I asked about how long it would take as soon as they arrived and the supposed leader said 2 maybe 3 hours but they were there 20 minutes before the first piece was put on the trailer. Then they walked slower than my Grandpa After having hip surgery. They would carry one little box at at time until I started complaining about how slow they were but it didn't do a bit of good. I was so thankful the owner was "giving me a deal" I got a deal alright it was to bad so sad s***** you owe $550. WTF what ever happened to people who do business with clear cut here's what we're going to do and this is what it will cost? The owner tried to tell me he said it would be $600 I said you did not because not only would I have not called him back. I would've not hired them because I don't have that kind of money! He was rude and condescending and the youngest kid on the crew did triple what the other two got done. Don't worry you'll never get my business again or anyone I know. No one should be done this way especially during Christmas season. Apparently the all mighty dollar means more to them than customer satisfaction. Negative 5 stars

From start to finish a fantastic experience. They are on time, courteous, wrapped everything and treated my belongings like their own. I would highly recommend this team to anyone doing a move.
