Stopped in to pick up some pre-work out. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by a Kolbi with the biggest genuine smile I've seen in a long long time.Kolbi was extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions and made his own experienced suggestions. Super nice guy. If we weren't full time traveling across the country I'd for sure be back no question!The store was super clean and fully stocked. 5 stars all day long!

I have tried a few of the products from here. I have been extremely satisfied with everything I have used and will return to purchase and try new products. The Fade Out sleep formula worked like a charm, the meal replacement is fantastic, the pre Nuclear Armageddon pre workout packed a mean punch, and Kim is phenomenal at help. I get my purchased hand carried and walked out of the store. Military discount. Best nutrition/supplement store I have done business with!

It's time for a change!
At nearly 46, and working a desk job for way too long, I've developed some awful habits with regards to my eating/sleeping/moving...I'm tired more often, I've developed a hefty Dad-Bod, and generally have become unhappy with my overall physical appearance. I'm ready...I'm motivated...I need help.
I went to see the folks at 5 Star, expecting the same old protein powder sales pitch, but what I got was a vastly different experience. Connor talked with me about the changes I wanted to make, what my general lifestyle is, and then did a full analysis on me so we could break down the what and how to achieve my goals. Then he took me through a general meal plan, talked with me about a few supplements that could help, and surprise...No Pushy Sales Pitch! This was hands-down the best experience I've ever had in a sports nutrition environment.
It's time for a change...and Thanks to Connor, I feel like I'm equipped for making that change successfully.

I went to try and find something that would help with sleep, anxiety and pain. I talked with Drew Aaron and he informed me that CBD would be the best for the problems that I was having. I purchased some during my visit and since then it has helped with my sleep, anxiety and pain. Came in looking for a CBD cream for post workout aches and pains. The staff was knowledgeable and so helpful! I ended up leaving with full spectrum oil to help me sleep at night and the cream works great for aches and pains! Definitely going to come back.
