Lots of great tools to succeed and manage your money. Can't say enough good about this bank.”
“Tellers are always happy to serve you. The tellers get four stars. There's nothing convenient about closing at 6 PM for the customer. Some nights they stay open until 7 PM and the hours vary, which is confusing. Why not stay up till 7 PM every night that would be convenient.”

“I’ve been extremely happy with this credit union. We had one minor issue with the online check deposit system that was easily resolved. I was always treated politely and quickly. International wires were handled swiftly. Their banking app is simple and functions well.I do think they could work out some better names for their accounts. “Cash with saver” and “saver with cash” leave room for a ton of confusion, but otherwise they’ve been great. My biggest complaint is is that there is no branch where I’ve moved to so I have to find a new bank.”

The tellers are always friendly & they know my name before I give them my account number. They never rush me.It's common for banks to cater to clients who have a lot of money. I am very happy with how Prosperity Bank has treated me. I hope that many people have the same experience.”
