This was my go to place for things that I needed while staying here for 3 months. Like others have said, this is small exchange for the population and at times the more popular items, like luggage tend to sell out pretty quickly. And this place, especially with new arrivals does tend to get really crowded. But since I didn't have a vehicle and was afraid to send things through the mail, this place more than satisficed my immediate needs. The staff were pretty helpful and things were pretty well stocked when available.

I don't usually leave negative reviews, but this deserves it. I always buy my entire family's athletic shoes at this store. This is the first time I've tried to return an athletic shoe. My 7 year old daughter had a reaction to one of the styles and they did not want to change the shoe for another style. I was a professional athlete, a manager and I know that there are ways to change a shoe that gives a reaction. While I'm here I'll try to skip this store. Sad because the lady who served us was very kind. Then another employee came and checked the Asics and together with the manager determined that they were not going to change the shoes. I have photos of the damage it did to my daughter's feet, but I respect her privacy. Be careful with the return process for this item and this shoe. So they lose customers and close stores due to their poor management.

Relatively smaller BX with a slightly more limited selection, but still everything you'll need at prices you can't beat. Always check for deals and you'll save yourself lots.

They have great deals on clothes but…..they keep the fitting rooms locked and there is no one to be found that can open them. Yes, could go to customer service to ask but the motivation to purchase dwindles.
