We were so nervous about moving into military housing because we have heard so many bad stories from friends at other bases, but we truly could not be more happy with our time here. We have lived in base housing for almost 3.5 years and have received the absolute best service- especially from Edward! I always request him when I have a question because his customer service is some of the best we have ever received. We feel like he truly cares about us as tenants and he has always gone above and beyond to take care of our family. We are seriously so sad to be leaving our neighborhood, solely because of the quality of care we have gotten while renting here. We will continue to tell all of our military friends just how wonderful it is here!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Currently been living here for a year now and have 2 years left. AC unit runs constantly and doesn’t cool house down especially on hot days. The house is 1100 square feet and a good AC unit should have no issues. AC unit inside and outside are roughly 15 years old. On top of that had so many issues with house when moving in that should have been taken care of sooner. Raising 2 young daughters in a house like this is awful. Please if you end up PCSing to Sheppard avoid military housing at all costs.

Very welcoming and helpful staff. We had an easy transition both in and out. Housing staff was top tier.

Don’t be confused. This rebranding is like putting makeup on a pig: Sheppard AFB Home is still Bealfort Beaty and it shows.First, they segregate ranks, as many bases do, to restrict housing on base to E-6 and up with the nicer houses going to the senior enlisted and officers. Despite the fact that there are families in dire need of housing to avoid unfathomable costs of temporary lodging.Second, they don’t deal with Freedom Estates issues which is an issue because no one answers the phone at freedom estates.These people are the SAME COMPANY.Belfort Beaty should NOT have been allowed to continue servicing military housing. But politicians and lobbyists prevented that. Now, military members must suffer while they make record profits.

Sheppard AFB homes was great to us! Maintenance was super responsive we felt the most safe in this community! Our stay was peaceful and quiet the office staff was amazing and our neighbors were great! We are going to miss Sheppard homes! They have made this last year so easy for us. We appreciate everyone for everything out there!
