Was not greeted when I walked in. Not offered any assistance and completely ignored. The staff were yucking it up and cussing with each other. Stood at register while two staff messed around with the till. No eye contact. No words. No thank you for your custom. Zero customer service and limited selection. This could have been a great new spot. What a shame. I’ll drive into Shepherd for the night and day experience.
