Friendly cashier good prices. It's a little crowded with merchandise but what do you expect to put a whole stores worth of stuff in a place that wasn't built to be a dollar store I've lived in shepherd long enough to remember when McClain's was the only store there and it was much smaller. I'm old lol

The worst service I've ever experienced. I bought a dog sweater there and try to return it I had a receipt but I didn't have the tags I didn't want my money back I just wanted to exchange it for a different size the and the lady would not take it back I asked her for her if she was the manager she said she's an assistant manager I really think that the lady just didn't want to do her job. Can somebody please tell me if this is the really the return policy
