I love shopping at Bath $ Body Works!!! Every time I come here I always get great customer service and the young lady that helped me her name was Deja. She was kind, very professional and polite. We need more of Deja's.

I called and someone placed a item for me on hold, my husband drives up there 30 minutes away from our home for them to say they don't know what I'm talking about...I'm so upset I waited all day until he got off work. I told them the time I called and everything..they were so inconsiderate
