“Your App isn’t recognized ” per the gas pump associate and then didn’t give a solution besides using the actual physical membership card. Isn’t the whole point of the app is to be digital and not have to carry around a card? Massive inconvenience sitting there wasting gas and having to drive to a different gas station. As someone who’s spends 100s a month at this establishment you would think the associates there would put in a little more effort to help you resolve the issue. Rethinking membership renewal now.

I have been a member of Sam's Club for 9 or 10 years. I love their pharmacy! The entire team works with me to check and double check meds to insure that there is no cross interaction. They inform me when I need shots and they are experts at vaccinations. Painless. They are wonderful at getting me the best price per script. This Sam's treats everyone with respect and are very helpful . To those that have disabilities, they can, and will allow an associate to accompany you to help load your cart with goods. The cart guys in the lot will also help thise who need assistance, with loading. Nothing negative to say here. But just remember, just because you are having a bad day, please don't take it out on the associates. They didn't cause your problem.

I stopped by to do a little shopping and grab a pizza slice. Cheapest in town. However if you order anything you need to get a app and order on your phone. Myself and 20 something people stood in line for 15 minutes while people who ordered online came and went. No signs anywhere with the app.

We had the Most Amazing service by Angelica!! She helped us get through a terrible time when dealing with Groupon. Thanks to her, we decided to stay with Sam’s in Shenandoah Texas in Houston. Thank you Angelica!!

I’m noticing a trend with the reviews and with the service. I wouldn’t be surprised if there was a new manager that started the last couple of months. I had two curbside orders. Only one was placed in my car. When I tried to contact the club no one answered the phone. I contacted the club via the app and was told we can refund you although we show it was picked up sorry. I asked if the item (diapers) could be delivered instead. I was told no. If I were the manager I think accountability, apologizing, and rectifying would be the route to take. At the end of the day I still need the diapers now the question becomes why I should get them from Sam’s. I don’t think I will.

I love the Sam’s Club in Shenandoah. It’s clean and organized. People love the rotisserie chicken there, people line up to wait to buy.

Employee told me…”You can cancel your membership” when I asked a question and made a recommendation on making the checkout process more efficient. Based on receipt, this occurred at exactly 11:03 am June 29th at the store exit door (employee on right as exiting). This was at the Shenandoah store.

Terrible service, the woman at the counter does not even acknowledge people and then there was no tea or pink lemonade in the fountain machines. Limited options for food and what was there was barely warm and the pretzels were hard.

Sam's club is really a bad place, but the Shenandoah Tx location is one of the worst.
Specially when you are trying to buy a parfum, you have to scan a QR code and pray that an associate shows up!
Some Melinda S was supposed to help me, and after 20 minutes waiting, no one showed up.
Asked another associate to help me, and she said Melinda is lazy, and she walked away...xenia or something like that was her name .
You guys missed a $500 sell...you won't never ever get my business again.
Will be canceling my membership as well

Went shopping there with my niece and daughter. On leaving the store, the line I was in was long and the other line had no one in it. I went to the empty line and handed Lily my receipt. She told me that once I was in line I could not change lines. I told her but your line has no one it in. She told me that the next time I would not be allowed to change lines. I told her it would be a next time. She proceed to scan items because she had already scanned my receipt. She looked at my receipt to see how many items I had, then she counted the items. She also made me drop one of the items. I only had 5 items. It made me feel she was racial profiling. I asked her was all that necessary. She replied she could call the cops. I told her to call them. She said she would call the cops. I told her to go ahead and call them. She then started to scan another customer so I left the store. My daughter and niece told me that after I left, Lily and another coworker laughed at how she treated me. The other worker asked her why she upset me and treated me like that. I am a Sam's Executive Member and have been for years. NEVER have I ever been treated with such disrespect and threatened. I also have never been told if one line is backed up, that I can't change lines to leave the store. This was a very upsetting experience and I didn't like feeling I treated this way because of the color of my skin.
