I got my lashes and brows done by Samantha. I’m very satisfied. This is my first time trying eyebrow micro blading. She was very patient and explained the process through. And the bonus is I don’t have to waste my money on eyebrow pencils anymore.

I cancelled my membership on 1/30 (the contract states you must give a 30 day notice- which I did and have the signed cancellation form to prove it) and my last $99 membership fee was to take place on 2/1.
When I noticed the $99 membership had again charged to my card on 3/1, I figured it was a mistake and called the salon to rectify.
I have been given the runaround ever since.
“Can you send a screenshot of the charge? I’ll have the owner Martie call you when she gets in today.”
Sent screenshot, no call.
Couple days later, I follow up…
“The owner will call you after her next appointment.”
No call. Again.
I’ve texted and called many times trying to get this incorrect charge refunded to no avail. It’s now clear to me that the owner has no intention of returning my phone call or fixing this fraudulent charge.
I went ahead and disputed the charge with Amex who will issue a chargeback to this business (I can only imagine the chargeback rate is through the roof at this establishment). I also blocked my card from Pure Lash attempting to “mistakenly” charge another $99 fee in the future.
It’s truly a shame a small business owner is choosing to behave in this manner when she has some wonderful ladies working for her.
My lash tech, Sade is fantastic and so talented. I’d gladly follow her to any other establishment but sadly, I can’t continue to support this business nor its owner.
I HIGHLY recommend you look elsewhere for your lash needs or at the very least - pay cash.

This has to be the worst service I’ve ever experienced in my life. I had been going here every month to get my lashes done since August 2023. I was convinced to join a month to month membership in October for $99 since I had been consistently going to Pure Lash monthly. My favorite lash tech got another opportunity in January 2024, so she was only available two days out of the week. My work schedule varies every week and sometimes I don’t know when I work until a week before. I had no choice but to book with Rachel for the month of January and that’s when everything went downhill. My lashes looked terrible, I told Rachael I’d only tip her $5, but I received a notification from my bank that $10 was taken out instead. I told my former lash tech. I received a phone call from the store that they would accommodate me by letting my original lash tech fix my lashes. When I called again, I received a text saying spots weren’t available til the end of January. I told them I would like to cancel and they said I’d have to come in. My mom, who recommended me to the studio, canceled my membership on my behalf. She was there to cancel her membership (that she had for three years) as well because her service was also trash. I received a text on January 10, 2024 saying that my mom canceled my membership and I received an email confirmation of my membership cancellation. However, this morning, on February 15, 2024, I was still charged $99. I called the studio and left a voicemail. No response. Now I’m disputing with my bank. Stay away from PURE TRASH Shenandoah!

Do not get your Eyelashes done here! The owner Marti could care less if you like your eyelashes or how long you have been a long standing client of hers or her business. I had been a client of Brandi, a former Lash technician before leaving Pure Lash. Then Marti the owner became my Lash technician. For over 3 years I have been going to Pure Las . In October of 2023 I began complaining how my Lash Extensions were all of sudden shedding a lot more than normal. I left messages she never returned and I also complained about my card being ran a total of 7 times (luckily it was my cash app card). I went to another Technician there, same problem. Lash Technician said she was going to get new better Lash glue that would make Las extensions last longer ? Three years the same washing without any prior issues. I know how to wash my lashes. I even tried the lash wash they sold at Pure Lash and worst results. Now I'm pissed because Marti the owner and my Lash technician never called me at all and I've been coming to her studios and supporting her business for over 3 years and you can't call me? Blowing me off? Ok so I don't come back December. Once I finally get a hold of Marti on the phone after a charge my account $99 membership fee . Our conversation only consist of being told you're going to buy glue that last longer, it wasn't going to be in for a couple of days and you would do Lash maintenance when the Lash glue does come in. So you do know that your Lash glue is old and not sustaining clients Lash Extensions? Never do you mention anything about owing for December. You only said I been gone a month so you're going to need a full set which is what you get with the membership (fullest or two refills), Your membership is supposed to be. 2 free refills a month. For several months (I only have been receiving 1 free refill). You refused to render service and you did not give me back my money you owe me for January . I brought my daughters to you to support your business too. And that's how you treat your long lasting clients and believe to stay in business? And have the audacity to tell me,"there's always something with me."

I have had eyelash extentions for a few years now, however I switched to Pure Lash several months ago and I have received so many compliments on my lashes, from co-workers, patients, friends and even strangers.These girls are amazing, at their profession. Don’t go here! They have a location on Kuykendahl which I was able to book at. I showed for my appointment and waited 15 minutes and no one showed. I called the number and the employee said that location isn’t open and they do appointments out of Shenandoah. She was great and apologized for the misunderstanding. I asked her to cancel the appointment as Shenandoah was too far for me today. She noted there is a $25 cancellation fee which I objected to and she let me know she would speak with the manager about not charging for the Misunderstanding. It’s 9pm and my card was just charged $74.50. Even if they did charge for the cancellation, $74.50 is a hell of a lot more than $25. My card shouldn’t have been charged or if they felt the need to charge, I should have gotten a call from the manager or an offer to reschedule.

I went here for a set of natural lashes. Number 10 to be exact. I'm not sure what kind of glue they use because my eyes have been itchy and teary since I went to them. I've never had problem with lash extensions before. My eyes itch so much it's hard to sleep. I will need to get them removed.

I had to leave a 5 star review for my first ever Brazilian wax. Pain was expected but, it went very well. Felicity was very patient with me and detailed. I was very comfortable and I feel super smooth. Everything was very professional and clean. I will definitely be back!Service: Waxing
