I visited MY SALON Suite in the Woodlands and was very impressed with how beautiful and clean it was. The stylists were very warm and welcoming. If you are in the neighborhood, do yourself a favor and check them out!

THE best nail salon I’ve been to in the woodlands (I’ve lived here over 2 years and have tried many salons including the one off market street). First off the salon itself is beautiful and spa like. Second the service is beyond good, Selena was so polite, gentle, and thorough. I will definitely be back for other services. Don’t sleep on this salon!!!Service: Pedicure

Emaley's House of Hair-she's talented AND personable, whaaa? I've been searching for a new stylist for some time. I had a particular style in mind and when it didn't come out just as I wanted, she allowed me to come back to adjust a couple of things. I'm going to recommend her every chance I get! And I am finally happy with my hair and hair stylist.

I had been avoiding a haircut for years. After seeing My Salon Suites close to 1 of my favorite restaurants I decided to look up the services offered here. There are so. Many to choose from and I have now found my favorite 1 :)

I leased with My Salon Suites in The Woodlands for 2 years. Over the duration of my lease, I had consistent issues with the lack of hot water, water entering my suite from the balcony when it rained hard, the lock on my door being inoperable for 2 weeks, along with many other issues. On random days, there would be no hot water in my salon suite. When management was notified, I was told via text to reset the hot water heater in the break room. I had to do this for the entire 2 years of my lease. Near the end of my lease, resetting the hot water heater no longer worked and my clients had to get their hair shampooed with cold water. The AC was out twice in the summer for 2 days and 7 days respectively. When management was contacted, it was not treated like a priority. The manager offered me the option to move to a vacant suite, but informed me via text that the suite had no sink. I reached out to the owner via email who replied that someone would be out to fix it. No details, no follow up, no additional communication. The AC was fixed the following day after my first client and then went out again the day after. Imagine getting your hair done while you are sweating! It is horrible! The lock to my suite door froze. I notified management and informed them that I would have to leave my suite unlocked because the lock didn’t work. After a week of no communication, I ask what the holdup was and I was told that there was an issue at another location, but that they would get to me as soon as possible. I reminded management again that my suite door was being left unlocked. It took someone 2 weeks to come out and fix my lock. When I asked the maintenance guy how long had he had known about my broken lock, he stated that he had only been informed the day prior.Water entered my suite when it rained hard from the balacony, again I received no assistance nor was the issue checked. When I notified management, I was asked if I had towels to clean in up.I also was supposed to receive a $250 credit due to a promotion that they were running when I signed my lease. I inquired several times as to why I hadn’t received it and I was told that they weren’t running that promotion anymore. That was however, the promotion that was documented on my lease. Despite me reaching out several times, no one would assist me. I eventually wrote an email documenting all of my concerns to get someone to respond. The manager of operations reached out and she applied the credit to my account (1 year and 9 months later) but only offered an apology for my other issues and inconveniences. I never heard from the owner in regards to my last email.I’ve leased from a few other salon suites over the past 10 years and this was by far my worst experience. I don’t understand how a hairstylist is supposed to work without hot water. Being an entrepreneur already comes with its everyday challenges, so to have to deal with so many building issues and on top of that, a lack of communication, was very exhausting.Issues can happen at any moment, but it’s not necessarily the issue, it’s how you treat someone when issues arise...especially when they are paying you.

My hair dresser, Di, has a booth here. I love that her spot is at the very end of the hall so that I can walk by and see all the other salons in action.
