I freaking love this place for my daughter. Today I picked up her kitchen set and cubby holders. Plus I've bought a bunch prior to that. I will continue buying her stuff from here. Everyone at the store is very helpful. I love how they packed the Styrofoam in the kitchen boxes, it is wrapped inside cardboard so I don't have to listen to that obnoxious sound. Thanks lakeshore

My family absolutely loves this store. All of the employees we’ve met are very friendly, knowledgeable and excited to assist us or let us browse if that’s what we want. I love shopping here for gifts, learning activities for my kiddos at home and my 7 year old usually asks me to go to Lakeshore when he has money of his own to spend. My kiddos can’t wait for their building activity day later this month.Also, huge shout out to them for having things for the kids to play with a checkout. Checkout is usually my least favorite time being in the store with my active kids.

Usually, when I shop there, it is a Monday or Wednesday evening. There are two things which keep me coming back: the choice of teaching supplies (including workbooks and review games) and the staff. The employees are helpful, patient, knowledgeable, and downright sweet!

I love coming to this store! It can be a bit overwhelming though. While the staff is very nice, getting them to help you can be a bit of a challenge if there’s more than a couple people in the store. The quality on the products is hit and miss. Overall, I’m grateful this resource is available, there’s just a bit of of room for improvement.

I enjoy many of the products at Lakeshore. However, I have an issue about how cheap the items are. They break easily. Lakeshore does not replace individual pieces. The lasers in the Laser Maze activity broke after only a couple times using it. In order to replace it, I would have to buy a replacement box. Durability is not a strong point with the products at Lakeshore.

This store has amazing learning activities for children. Love the store. First time here and everyone was so helpful except for the lead named Erika that was in charge. Terrible attitude and treats her staff in such a rude way. I was treated poorly as a first time customer.

Ed was very professional and kind when helping me with an exchange of an item I bought that had a missing piece. Beth took over and was able to help me finish the exchange and promptly check out other items that I decided to purchase. If you need classroom items and want to have a nice experience you have got to come to this lakeshore store!
