Wanted to share how nice and kind was Megan, my kid 9 yr old gets super nervous and anexious about blood work, as soon as we walked in we checked in and Megan was so kind and nice to my kid to help her feel safe and secure. I want to thank her also to get her blood work and for being so kind to my kid. Megan made it so quick and fast and my daughter didnt even cey not even a tear. Megan THANK YOU SO MUCH ?

I would like to give an HONEST review in hopes it would help someone like me who was scared and wary of places like this. Excuse the long post.Helpful pre-visit tips at the end of post:I have been putting off getting blood work because so many techs said they could not find a vein (after they have stuck me multiple times and left bruises). After an allergic reaction my dermatologist said it’s time to get bloodwork so we can see what you are allergic to”. She told me to go to LabCorp. I picked the location closest to me which is this location. I put off going for FOREVER lol because I was scared and never.I was so blessed to go here. Fast and easy service. Good parking in the morning. I arrived at 7:30am. Check-in is self serve. You need your Driver’s license and health cards. I would say 2-3 minutes after check-in I was call. NO NEED TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT. And they do not answer the phone.I wish I knew the tech’s name. She wore glasses and I believe she had blue eyes. I told her I was nervous and she supported me FROM BEGINNING to end. Gosh I wish I knew her name so I can sing her praise. She assisted me on 2/27 in the morning. (I would suggest to go in the mornings before work….yes, I was in and out and still early for work.) Thank you so much to the Tech because you knew how scared I was. It was quick easy and I felt important and heard. She stuck me one time and I asked for a butterfly needle (they don’t have that but they have something similar.)Drink water and squeeze your fist or stress ball before, that helps.No bruises.

This Monday was my first time visiting the Vision Park location which is less than a mile from my home…woohoo!I never look forward to having my blood drawn because of bad experiences I’ve had. However, this time was different and it was all because of Nellie!She was amazing! Very confident and she assured me that everything was gonna be OK and it was. One stick, and before I knew it, it was over! I felt nothing but relief! So a big thank you to Nellie!!I so appreciate you & by the way, the staff upfront were great as well! It was my sons first time getting lab work done and Tiffany did everything to make him feel comfortable. She was professional and kind . Highly recommended this location .

Let me start by saying when people have to come get labs or blood work done you don’t know the health reasons that brought them there…so be kind. It’s easy, courteous, and should be a priority…but not at this location! My tech never looked at me, never introduced themselves, asked how my day was going or even gave one ounce of concern. If you’re having a bad day, leave it in the lounge, your customers deserve better! Thank goodness for Tori as she is the bright light at this location.

Ive been here many times and have had good and bad experiences there.2 star is very fair.Front desk isn't always polite and the wait times can be long.I’ve had experiences where it took 2-3 sticks for them to find a vein.I guess i go back because its close to my house.I probably should start looking elsewhere!My doctors office faxed them 10 lab tests and when i got there they said they never got them!
