I had someone access my debit card illegally at the Chevron Station on Hwy 45 at Research Forest in Shenandoah. It has been a week since I have reported the matter. I talked with the station manager as well as the Customer Service representative at King Fuel. It has been a week and I have not had a response. I just tried calling again. After being on hold for 17 minutes I hung up. I can’t help but believe I was the only one who had their information taken. Be cautious if you use that station.

The most expensive gas station within 25 miles. Whether it’s drinks, snacks, or fuel, this will be the priciest place to stop by a long shot. Go down the road to the next place

I was pumping gas this morning and the my tank ended up overflowing as I was inside the store. Seeing this upon exiting I turned off the pump as I returned to my vehicle. When I alerted the staff they told me that their pumps do not turn off automatically using a Venturi valve.Furthermore, I was blamed for using the pump as I normally would stating that whenever a customer fills up we have to go inside the station and let them know how much we need and not to use our cards at the pump.This is not posted anywhere and as far as I knew not having an automatic cutoff was against regulations. I ended up spending entirely more money than I intended to. The staff did not seem interested in diluting the gas which had spilled. I purchased water to pour into the spill to help dilute it and avoid any hazards.

Earlier today the woman cashier showed me the true face of a bigot. She voiced to me how she did not like the African American lesbian couple that was ahead of me. Normally I would brush it off as another unenlightened person running there mouth but, I have many friends who are members of the LGBT and African American community. I will never be going back there of anything.
