“The rooms were okay besides the fact I could hear the tv and conversation from the next room until 2am. This was not a very quiet hotel. The location is easily missed as the sign is actually past the driveway (which is through the mias restaurant parking lot). I missed the turn and I had to drive 7 minutes around to get back there again which was a pain. Free breakfast is always a win.”

“Hyatt House of Woodlands/Shenandoah is the perfect hotel for relaxation and comfort. I found this location to be exceptional, offering everything you'd expect from a top-tier Hyatt House. The staff provides a smooth and efficient check-in process, and the ambiance is warm and inviting. Spacious rooms come fully equipped with all the amenities needed to stay productive, and the fast WiFi made my Zoom meetings seamless. The gym, pool, and hot tub offer great ways to unwind, and free parking and breakfast are wonderful perks. If you're looking for a home away from home, this is it because Hyatt House has it all.”

“Great location. Hotel has way above average amenities compared to other locations in the area. Front desk seems understaffed...we stood waiting around for the front desk employee to assist us - they were busy in the back so additional staff may help. Housekeeping staff is great! Breakfast was way better than the other location in the area. Nice sized pool! Would stay again!”

“Stayed at the EVEN Hotel in Shenandoah, TX. You know what? It was..cool. Like, this place didn't change my life or anything but it was pretty cool for what it was.

Rooms were clean, the gym setup was actually better than I expected. Bed was decent. Shower pressure didn’t disrespect me. I see the theme of every room being an even number and having the fitness oriented setup right in the room. That was interesting. ?

Front desk folks were polite, nobody was rude—no complaints about hospitality.

Would I stay here again? Yeah. It’s reliable. It didn’t wow me, didn’t piss me off. Sometimes that’s all you really need.

Solid middle-of-the-road vibes. Not too hot, not too cold. It’s the Goldilocks of hotel stays.”

“Look I gotta tell you I walked in with a long day attitude and not the easiest to deal with. I believe the gentleman‘s name was Matt was kind enough to inquire on why I was having such a bad day and I brushed off his attention. I was not proud of that, but I went back out to my truck, however to begin the unloading process somehow jumbling my gear my phone fell down The drain hole just to add insult to injury from my day. I was beyond devastated. I pulled the drain cover off myself, but realized I was not going to get all the way down the hole and get out without assistance. I went and in the mix of my defeat asked for help from Matt who was kind enough, not only to grab a ladder climb down the manhole, get my cell phone bring it back up to me and provide me with some consultant With a little snack and drink. I’m never going to stay anywhere else in this area except at this establishment, only because this man went above and beyond thank you Matt for doing this for me. You are the reason why I am becoming a loyal Bob Voy member now of Marriot.”
