When I transferred here at least 2yrs.aga it was really great. But, with 2 lousy Facility Administrators in row the current one being the 2nd lousy one. We have not even proper skeleton crew of staff to care for the patients. There's not even s proper person hired to actually do the schedules properly. Except, ironically, the F.A. makes sure he's always gets his proper days off. There needs to be a proper charge nurse who actually does their job right and not walk around looking like they're doing work and talking on the phone all the time. You don't use the social worker to be the middle man to do your job and mess with the patient's schedules and not say anything or practice proper POLICY and produce practices and change them in the system and not tell the patients and then turn around and say to the patient that they're an hour late and try to write them up this very ISSUE. And, send your middleman to address you while you going through your dialysis session to want to try make it like that you're having personal and health issues as to why you, the patient are late and it's your fault you're late. Not that that when you do arrive on time they make you wait for about 40- 45 mins. before they call you back to hook you up and then say you are late. It is a shame they are doing this to their patients and good staff. They're making the good workers want to to quit and leave to go elsewhere to work. BUT THE ONES THAT ARE REAPING THE CONSEQUENCES OF THESE ACTIONS ARE THE ACTUAL PATUENTS NOT THE PEOPLE IN THE OFFICE. IT'S THE NURSES AND TECHS THAT ACTUALLY STICK THE NEEDLES IN US, THE PATIENTS. AND, IF THERE'S A LIFE AND DEATH THREATENING SITUATION FOR RAPID RESPONSE THERE IS NOT ENOUGH PEOPLE TO CARE FOR THE PATIENTS TO EVEN CARE FOR THEM. ONE PERSON FOR 12 PATIENTS ON CLINIC FLOOR TO CARE FOR THE PATIENTS IS NOT ENOUGH TO RESPOND TO 1 PATIENT IN AN EMERGENCY SITUATION AT ALL. AND, OF COURSE, IT WOULDN'T BE DAVITA LIABLE FOR THIS AS THEY MANIPULATE IT AS THE PATIENT AT FAULT FOR THE SITUATION HAPPENING IN THE FIRST PLACE.
