“Today is my husband's birthday. My plan was find him a few summer outfits so he can go visit his family looking ? cool!!
First, break the bank for shoes at Tommy Bahamas, then hit the men's department at Old Navy!
This young man helped guide us to what we were looking for and I have to say, he was incredibly nice!
Then a lady named Esther approached me and asked how I was doing! I'm coming here more often if this is how they treat their customers...geez! Lol! My husband said she also was very nice to him!
Then... the cashier who I did not get her name, was soooo great, too! She's going to school in Louisiana while working in Texas!! Wow! She'll do great with all that commitment. She inspired me to come back to use my coupons, or points?
Our shopping experience was fantastic as far as customer service went. The store was very neat and clean!
I would've spent a lot more had I felt better. But, they gave me all these incentives to come back, so I will!

“I had the best experience here! Shout to sales associate Drew for being not only incredibly genuine and kind, but very spot-on when it came to Jean size and style suggestions. I am a mom of two grown sons. I’ve added a few pounds and was feeling insecure, not only about how jeans were looking on me but also for how expensive everything has gotten. I told Drew I wanted to look around some before I decided. He asked what my motivation was. And I told him , honestly it’s the cost. And I’m trying to justify spending it. He gave me some suggestions of where to find similar jeans and said he would hold my choices there so I could come back if I decided on those. He told me the difference between premium Levi’s versus the cheaper ones you sometimes can find at Sam’s club. Obviously , I came back. The Lo-Pro , low rise straight cut jeans were by far better quality and exactly what I was hoping still existed. I’m a 90’s fan. And these are IT for the win.On top of his terrific customer service and genuine care to help me, he talked with his manager and surprised me with a discount when I finally came back to buy the jeans. Completely made my day! I hope my boys are as genuine and service minded as he is. Thank you DREW!! Much love. I’ll be back for another pair !”
“I went in here today for School clothes shopping and I was more than pleased with the staff here! One staff member in particular, Bree, was so personable and extremely helpful. She made me and my mom feel so welcomed and she got us exactly what we were looking for. It’s very hard shopping for jeans as a tall girl (5’10), but she made the process so easy and quick! “My daughter Cambridge and I needed to go shopping so before going to my weekly kohls visit i headed to holister i walked in and the smell of premartial sexual relations and bath and body works hit me! My daughter walked to the crop tops which is not what Jesus wouldve wanted might i add. But i let it slide since shes 15 now the tops and pants were both extremely over priced and thin material. I walked past the register and got rude stares from the cashiers with bad eyebrows and smiled. Luckly i didnt have my bible or it wouldve turned in to well needed bible study.I grabbed the clothes i needed and strutted off with clothes in hand and that was the end. There just jelous my eye brows and body parts are real!”

They hand make all of your premium men’s colognes so Gucci, Prada, Burberry, Tom ford you name it they can make it and replicate it for you the best thing is that they’re oil based so they last all day. “As a beginner fly fisherman I'll admit it's a tad expensive but Orvis is the place to go if you want quality also there was a worker I believe his name was elliot but he was very helpfull for example he was very knowledgeable about the currant hatch and how to use the flies but over all Orvis gives great quality and has extremely experienced and knowledgeable staff”
“I have been going here for a couple months now instead of other store locations. The customer service was outstanding. I was so pleased with the service I received from everyone but especially Juan & Izabella. They are always very happy, very committed to their job and very helpful in all aspects. From coming to the store, trying out stuff and checking out. I love coming here because of them. They definitely deserve a raise. The store is always organized and has variety of everything and if they don't have it, they will order it for you. Always happy to come to woodlands because of their customer service.”

“I browse here frequently I’m not a fan of this location, everyone appears as if they are working in a prison, basically not too inviting or friendly they seem to be waiting on a release date, lately the lines have been long maybe short staffed, However I go for a quick little treat for myself if I need something to wear for the evening”
