Stopped by the first time on July 4th. They were not only kind enough to be open, they were well stocked. Went back another day, and still impressed.

The seasoning that they put on their preseasoned fajita steaks is addictive son. They run out of skirt often but always have sirloin. Perfect thickness and so tender. I get it weekly, sometimes I just eat it on its own.
Other beef there is great too and a big selection of ribs, charcoal, and all different woods for smoking. My kinda place.

You really can't go wrong with this place all the steaks and sausages are amazing but the highlight of the show is the beef jerky they make! Completely top-notch delicious best tasting jerky I've ever had anywhere bar none! If you're in the market for some really good steaks I would definitely make this a priority! They have all different grades and types, also a lot of good sides and Seasonings as well! Highly recommended!!!

Best quality beef, pork and chicken products. Cheeses, sausages, in house specialty items. Too many items to list. Excellent service, good prices, friendly, family owned business. Clean. Don’t hesitate to visit this outstanding meat market. Both locations five star.

They have a 5 for $25 deal on certain beef, pork, chicken and sausage products. Beef bones and pork ears for the dog. Good selection of steaks. Dry sausage is a must try.

Awsome selection of meats and products. Friendly service. Try the twice-baked potatoes with your next steak. Locally owned business. I shopped in Shavano. I think they have a Fair Oaks store as well.
