Great experience! Needed help with my air conditioner in my living quarters. Called Josh Patton and his crew! They got me in same day, new unit installed within a couple of hours! I highly recommend these guys, great customer service, honest and fair! Thanks Scott, for getting me taken care of.

1 star is too generous. Scott needs FIRED. Rude arrogant a$$hole who cares more about running his mouth than taking care of customers. I bought a trailer from these clowns and it's the WORST decision I have made in a long while.

Work for an j&s services had a major problem with my wheels baron and theses guys got me right in and got me taking care of very nice staff and a very good tech that works in the shop highly recommend this place for whatever they offer great company ?

Wonderful experience. We are from Montana and were desperate for a good horse trailer. While driving through Texas, we were thrilled to find the perfect new 4Star at Wild West for a very fair price. Staff were kind and extremely responsive and helpful so that we could take care of all the details for our purchase and get back on the road quickly. Then 10 months later we lost our keys and Scott had a replacement in the mail the next day. Not to mention the fact that the trailer has performed fabulously through the Montana winter. We love everything about it. Definitely recommend this outfit. Even if you’re not from Lubbock, it’s worth the trip.

Got the run around on the phone for over 10 minutes when I just needed a couple of prices on flatbeds. Was out on hold multiple times and had a different excuse each time when they pick back up about why they couldn’t get someone. Was very unorganized. I offered to have them call me back and left all my info they asked for but never heard back.
