I went here after my doctors appointment to pick up some antibiotics. The staff was so attentive and helpful. The technician Karlie checked on the status of my medication without me asking and went above and beyond to apply some coupon onto my prescription and saved me $20. I appreciated her efforts so much I chose to transfer all my prescriptions to this pharmacy now. The customer service was like nothing you will experience at a chain store. Karlie was super helpful and actually knew what was going on unlike some technicians I have dealt with in the past.

Service is super quick! Everyone in the pharmacy is so knowledgeable and caring! They even have treats for your dogs ? and suckers for you or your kids!

I haven't had a bad experience. They are quick to acknowledge you and always kind. I would switch pharmacys in a heart beat if you use anyone else.

The absolute BEST! Thornhill’s is so passionate about providing the very best service to the community of Shallowater and anyone else that is lucky enough to have found these pharmacy’s (Lubbock location is just is as amazing). You won’t find a better experience as far as pharmacies are concerned!
