“I have used this pharmacy for my cystic fibrosis medications for many years. They work hard to make sure I get meds on time. If there is an issue with insurance or needing to contact the Dr office they let me know right away. I recently had issues with insurance saying I needed to change pharmacies. Long story short, I tried the new pharmacy had delays upon delays and wouldn't bill insurances properly. The result was going without meds for a month. Contacted Maxor after that fiasco and they helped me investigate. I was able to go back to using them under specialty pharmacy rules, and they got my medication to me quickly. They worked really hard to get things going the way it needed too. It is also great that I can speak to a human in any department, instead of an automated system.”
“All I can say is wow. Katie is the most kindest staff member I’ve ever come in contact with in any customer service industry ever. I called in a panic upset, because my insurance has been a pain. She listened to my concerns, didn’t make me feel less than, and even assured me she was going to do everything she could to help me within what the pharmacy can do. She just seriously made me feel so much better. I am confident regardless it will be taken care of. It will be figured out. I’ve decided to move ALL my medication to highland because of her. Her customer service speaks volumes on her integrity and willingness to help others. She is the representation of what this world needs especially when things are hard-true and genuine kindness. “Any latin ingredients you'll find here. So many different Chiles to make those authentic dishes. The panaderia (bakery) is fresh daily & friendly staff. They have fresh tortillas flour, corn & wheat. There's aguas frescas. A taqueria inside & a meat market (fajita meat!). Their produce is fresh all around with awesome in-store deals.”

“My doctor prescribed a pain medication on a Friday. This particular medication had to be mixed. The pharmacy was extremely busy but the pharmacist made sure I had the medication by the end of the day so I had it for the weekend. I know they made a special effort because they originally told me it would not be ready until Monday. When a pharmacy goes out of their way to get a prescription ready, that tells me this is a great team and I will definitely use them again.”

“As soon I step inside the store, I went directly to pick my med. I didn't have to wait to long or show anything because my info was in the servers. With the phone call from my doctor, it takes just a few hours to receive a phone call and my meds were ready to pick it up, not all pharmacies do that. I highly recommend this pharmacy.”

“I always find what I need for the most part here. However, why do customers have to scan their stuff I'm not an employee here. Convenience ok, but pay me if I am going to scan my own items and still get no bags to put them in. Same goes for Sams Club who never has change for cash.”
“I went into Sam’s club and got exactly what I wanted/needed. This wonderful lady came up to me at the self check out to share information about their Sam’s club credit card. She was so sweet and very knowledgeable about the credit card. I didn’t sign up for one due to the fact that I feel like I am not in there enough. She did tell me all the amazing perks of the card and that it can be used outside of Sam’s club as well. I didn’t catch her name, but she’s the nicest and sweetest lady.”
“During hard times like funerals buying flowers is not an easy thing to do. The last thing you want to have happen is have the flower shop gouge you. I searched online several flower shops in the area and they all seemed pretty high priced for what you got. The funeral director told me about Market Street and said they get a lot of flowers from there and they are always very nice so I called. I am so glad I did. The saleswoman was so sweet. I needed something but didn't really know exactly what and told her to make it BIG and beautiful and above all "Classy" because my best friends mom was just that. A classy woman! She even helped me with the card. I started it and she helped me make it absolutely perfect. I am so grateful for her on that day when it was so hard. She made it a special occasion during a very hard time. My friend sent me a thank you that said it took up the whole of one wall and was "BREATHTAKING". I am sure from looking at photos online that Market Street did this for 10%-20% what other florists in the area would have charged me. Not only that, but she was so patient and caring with me. I wanted to personally thank her.”

“So I had to return a product and decided to do a email receipt and not paper. I couldn’t find the email receipt. So Ashley and Val at the register were very friendly and patient with me. It took almost 30 minutes cause I couldn’t find the receipt. So after everything they still smiled and told me to have a great day. I would come back to this Walgreens again. But hopefully not for a return. Get paper receipt it makes everything a lot easier.”

“I am so glad I switched to this pharmacy from another location. I don't have to wait in a long line in the store nor in the drive thru. The pharmacist is super friendly and so helpful. She's more than willing to go the distance to help you with what you're needing as far as information or checking on costs of medications. The store is really nice, clean, and organized. You have the option of checking yourself out or someone who's always right there ready to help you. If you're undecided about what pharmacy to use, you should no longer be. This is the pharmacy you need to be going to. I rarely give 5 stars!!!”
“This rating is for Ryan in the tire center! After several issues to get an audibly leaking tire fixed, Ryan was very helpful and kind. Ryan took the extra time to answer all of my questions and look up information on my tire history. As I was leaving Sam's, I noticed that the other tires that weren't worked on this morning were at 31 and 30 psi. I got out of the car to air them a little with my portable inflator. When Ryan saw me doing this, he came out with their air inflator and aired up The remaining three tires. Ryan was not obligated to do that! Ryan went above and beyond this morning to help me. It made my day! It made up for the difficulties I experienced the day before at Sam's Club and with their call center. Thanks Ryan!”

The technician Karlie checked on the status of my medication without me asking and went above and beyond to apply some coupon onto my prescription and saved me $20. I appreciated her efforts so much I chose to transfer all my prescriptions to this pharmacy now. The customer service was like nothing you will experience at a chain store. Karlie was super helpful and actually knew what was going on unlike some technicians I have dealt with in the past.”
