I called the O'Reilly in Shallowater, Tx, this past week we were in need of a mechanic or parts to be delivered to our 92-year-old grandma. We live in San Marcos Tx so we weren't able to help Grandma right away with her car issue, this lady Sarah answered the phone her and James the store manager went above and beyond to help us. We got recommended an awesome mechanic honest and trustworthy. By the Name of Nate. We are so pleased with the outcome. If you are ever stuck in Shallowater please stop by O'Reilly's they will lead you in the right direction.Sincerely Juan & Isabel

They lock the doors before the actual closing time. Those of us that have a lengthy drive to get to this location expects it to open during posted times.
