Man these guys are awesome, I had difficulties trying to find a helmet that fit me due to me having a big a** head. Immediately these guys went into the backrooms and found one to my liking from the color,price, looks, & fit Definitely coming back for more gear

Very good customer service all around (Aaron, Mike and Solo), these guys will not rush you. But come in with a plan so that they can have some idea of how to help. There's so much to offer here and it can be difficult to know where to start. Aaron has an incredible knowledge of helmets, all of the ins and outs and how to get a custom fit that's the right helmet for you. They can even have items shipped from other warehouses so that you can try all of it on when you arrive. I don't know how many items that they carry but it's too many to count. I did return one riding suit and exchanged it for something else and there was nothing to it as they are very accommodating. Why go to the big retailers when you can shop local, right here, with a selection as large as anyone else? You get the best of both worlds here with a real brick and mortar place that you can visit as well as the online shopping.

I’ve had the worst time trying to order items from a major brand directly, the always cancel and refund me saying they don’t have it so I ordered from this companies website, I had some questions about my order status and reached out and they got back to me right away. I got my item and couldn’t be more happy, great customer service, will order again.

Just bought some new gear from these folks and they were incredibly patient and helpful despite me making some pretty silly mistakes in ordering. I've been a customer all the way back to the "New Enough" days, and I have to say that I am so glad to work with a company that has maintained such a high degree of customer focus and excellent service for so many years. I recently visited the shop in Shallowater and I was extremely impressed by the knowledgeable and helpful staff who were eager to help. They have a wide selection of products/brands that you are bound to find anything you need at a price. Great products and wonderful staff, what more could you ask for? Highly recommended.

I’ve purchased several items. One I returned which was too small. Return was paid for by the the seller and my credit card was credited promptly- within an hour of the return being received. My other items came super fast and were great! On Friday morning I ordered an Arai helmet and it arrived up here in Massachusetts on Saturday afternoon! Wait, what??? Yes, it shipped from the distributor on Friday night from PA and I got it the next day. Wow! I really prefer doing business with small, family owned companies instead of the big corporately owned guys. I highly recommend this company. Great customer service from Aaron, on more than one occasion. Forget Revzilla. Buy here!??

PHENOMENAL customer service!! I had a problem with an order (my fault) and they went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I can tell you most other places would've told me it was my fault and left it there. Instead they were helpful, friendly and superfast email responses, etc. I will go out of my way to order from these guys from now on.

Went to the showroom to find a helmet. These guys go the extra mile. They measured my head plugged it in to the computer and we went through a list of helmets to find the perfect fit. Great group of people. Fantastic customer service.
