“If I could give more stars I most definitely would.Yesterday my kids and I were in the area shopping and decided to stop here to grab a couple of items on our way back home. At check out I noticed I misplaced my car keys and they weren't any where to be found. I believe it was the manager and a lady that was on duty yesterday around 5pm-7pm that was working the shift and went above and beyond to help look for my car keys. I had to call a tower at this point and call a Lyft to take my kids and I home. On my way back home the lady called me with great news !! A gentleman in the store turned in my keys and she asked if I wanted to turn back around and pick them up. I let her know that a Lyft had just dropped us off at home and I would find a way to go back. The lady ran outside and canceled the towing for me & she offered to pick me up from my house when she was off work & take me to pick my car up. I want to send a HUGE THANK YOU to you all for such great customer service and act of kindness you showed me last night!!!”

“It’s really sad the the CEO doesn’t respond to post. This store needs major update. Cleaner floors, repairs done. There’s holes in the floor where tile is worn out. Shame on the CEO and the owner. On the upside of it. The isles were cleared and shelves looked better. The cashier was really nice for the lack of pay she probably is getting.”

“I took my son here for lunch around 1:30 on 12/22. We both had never been to a Braum’s before, and we were both pleasantly surprised! There is a whole store in here! ? They had incredible prices on ice cream and milk. We ended up getting 6 cartons of ice cream for only $26! But I digress. The real story here is the burgers we ordered. We both ordered the spicy pimento bacon cheeseburger meal. The fires were nicely cooked and appropriately seasoned. The diet Dr. Pepper was crisp and delicious. But the burger was outstanding! Covered in pickled jalapeños and pimento cheese, this burger was a flavor bomb with every bite. The staff were also extremely helpful and kind. We had such a good time here.”

“During hard times like funerals buying flowers is not an easy thing to do. The last thing you want to have happen is have the flower shop gouge you. I searched online several flower shops in the area and they all seemed pretty high priced for what you got. The funeral director told me about Market Street and said they get a lot of flowers from there and they are always very nice so I called. I am so glad I did. The saleswoman was so sweet. I needed something but didn't really know exactly what and told her to make it BIG and beautiful and above all "Classy" because my best friends mom was just that. A classy woman! She even helped me with the card. I started it and she helped me make it absolutely perfect. I am so grateful for her on that day when it was so hard. She made it a special occasion during a very hard time. My friend sent me a thank you that said it took up the whole of one wall and was "BREATHTAKING". I am sure from looking at photos online that Market Street did this for 10%-20% what other florists in the area would have charged me. Not only that, but she was so patient and caring with me. I wanted to personally thank her.”
