Beware: Do not use this company they are very unprofessional and the manager Bartt Rankin is rude. On the day of installation they sent a one person installer that by all appearance was not able to handle the job alone. There was one piece of furniture that had to be moved as my husband is disabled and unable to help him move it, removing old carpet and padding, then installing new materials would require atleast two people. Upon arrival the carpet padding appeared dirty and off of a remnant roll ( the manager even told my husband he sent it to use up the roll) When my husband voiced his concerns about the installation and materials and the installer left Bartt called and became offensive, rude very unprofessional. When I spoke with him to try to resolve the issues he became rude, defensive, spoke down to me then hung up on me leaving us with a house in disarray.

The owner Bill is amazing. The business offers great prices for high quality products! Joseph was our installer who not only did an outstanding job, but went above and beyond to help me with every aspect of my new materials/devices. I highly recommend this business!!! Great experience!!!
