Most disonest place ever! I wanted to make this review to let people know what kind of man the owner, Hector Alvidrez is. I want to let yall know if considering taking a job at this company make sure that its your last resource because he is really good at saying stuff people want to hear. When started he promised us 50 hours a week and if work slowed down he could send us to the shop to be able to get some hours. Work slowed down had as at home for a week with lies and one day called promised that we were going to start work again Monday and Sunday came I called no answer, called again Monday answered got mad cause I was calling and stated that he never mentioned anything about going back to work and ended up letting me go. And to my other crew work got slow he told them that they could go make up hours to the shop but only for them to get there and fire them not even giving them a heads up to be able to leave their stuff at home and have someone pick them up and on top of that making up some lies to fire them! If considering taking a job with them be very careful dont trust or believe every the he says!

I was really taken back by how discourteous one of the drivers, who work for this company, was to me today. When I turned on my left turn blinker, the company truck was 300 ft behind me. The driver behind me had plenty of time to change lanes, but, instead, he chose not to and blasted his horn at me instead. He probably also shot the finger at me when he drove past me. I don't know who runs this company, but, if one of my employees was being disrespectful to other drivers like that, I'd sure like to know about it.

Most stressfull and most dishonest place I ever worked! Always tries to screw people out of their last paycheck. Hector Alvidrez is a childish, punk, thief!
