Husband bought me AirPods about a year ago and they came broken. We tried returning them and they said we couldn’t do that and for us to get with Apple warranty and they would repair it for free cause they give a one year warranty. Turns out the AirPods weren’t new they were refurbished and they were bought years prior to us buying them so I didn’t have warranty through apple. So I’m stuck with broken AirPods that cost us over $200 dollars. Would not recommend going with them. Would rather drive an hour and go through an ACTUAL Verizon than go to them.

My mom is elderly and has Verizon wireless home service.Recently she fell and broke her hip while at home.She had to drag herself over to the phone to call 911 when she realized her Verizon service wouldn't let her make 911 calls because Verizon had never set it up. That's unforgivable. She could've died. They need to be reported, and they need to pay for that. She had to call family for help. On top of that, they made her go through hell during the holidays by shutting down her phone service and making her go all the way out of town to get a new device to get her service reconnected since they required her to have a pin and she didn't have a pin because they never gave her one, and she had to wait for family to come down and take her to the right Verizon store because she can't make the drive on her own. They should make it easier for elderly. Thinking about a lawsuit.

They need to staff the place. Just had one lady working. There is two other people waiting beside me , two at the counter and I have been waiting 30 minutes just to find out why my internet is not working at the house. Unacceptable.
