Brought my phone cause it didn’t charge anymore. Told me it would be ready in 2 hours. I came back in 3 hours cause they hadn’t called and I really thought it would be ready. When the lady saw me she just sayd “its not ready” she went to the door and closed it. I understand that it was closing time. But why didn’t they say if it would take longer. I came back next day at 11am and it was still not ready. The girl rolled her eyes once she saw me. Came again at 1pm and it was “ready” they put the phone wrong together. Would make weird noises even if the phone was only on vibrate mode. The screen goes black out of nowhere for minutes and i cant turn the phone back on until minutes later. I had the phone for 9 years and they ruined it. Had to buy a new phone

They do an amazing job my screen was completely cracked they had it fixed in 1 hour and it works like new there customer service is really good I would recommend you go there if you have a problem with a phone

I had dropped my phone and cracked the screen big time! I took it in for a new screen and within 2 hours I had a phone with a brand new screen. It feels like a brand new phone. Thank you!

Don't waste your money. They "fixed" my cracked screen only for me to find out my phone wouldn't connect to my server. I brought it back the next day because mistakes happen. I get a call the same day send they said it's complicated and wont know when it'll be ready. This doesn't work for me since most of my work is on my phone. While I'm on the call I ask if they can do a refund and just put my old screen back on and they wanted to try a few more things before refunding me except his tone was getting rude. I asked what he could do to fix it and by when AND HE HUNG UP ON ME AND NEVER ANSWERER MY CALL. I also paid over 500$. Terrible service. I understand customer service as I have my own business and this is unacceptable.

my screen was cracked, so i figured i would get it fixed by them, that was a HUGE mistake. they took over 2 months to fix it, after they fixed it, it didn’t turn on anymore and they claimed it had water damage (which it didn’t). i waited a few weeks and tried to turn it on again and it worked but kept glitching and my button was pushed in. i got it fixed at a different place. the people said that they forced the screen onto my ipad and it broke the button and because they forced the screen on it, it made the screen glitchy and it did it’s own thing by itself. DO NOT GET YOUR DEVICES SCREEN FIXED HERE!!
