its quiet, and safe so far. the owners are wonderful people and Lisa in the office is very sweet. we like there are 2 locations, a Northside and Southside, both are great.

This RV Park is tucked perfectly away. What I liked the most was the convenience of a laundry room with a machine to make change. They even have an ice machine! The scenery wasn't much. They requested a $75 deposit which we got back. There aren't any definitive office hours, and we had to sign a contract for 2 weeks. They don't offer WiFi. They do have cabins to rent out. For the area, it was the most cost effective and comfortable place to call home for my husband and me while he worked nearby. I loved how close it was to coffee and grocery stores.
