The only reason I’m still here is because I haven’t had time to change banks but they are awful! Never greet you when you’re in the drive thru just send you your receipt down without saying a word. When you send the tube up they don’t even ask you what you need they just assume a deposit slip and send it down.

Be very careful with this bank! They have a lot of issues and do not handle fraud very well. They will blame you for not catching fraud and will hold your funds up to 60 days. We had a forged check for a significant amount of money written out and that money has not been returned to our account. They are claiming that the funds take 60days to be returned. It has been more than 60 days and now they are not responding. They will not tell me what is going on with the money. They locked the account and want us to open a new account.

Having to wait 2 weeks for a debit card from them, and they dont give a temporary card when opening the account. So I have no access to my money. Terrible bank.

Couldn't be more irritated with the way that my funds are handled. When you cash a check, they take the money out of your personal account and then add it back in once the money clears on the other end (even if it means an overdraft on your end until the check clears). My transactions from the past five days are missing from the app and the two checks that I deposited today still haven't shown up in my account 12 hours later. This bank has given me nothing but stress.

Honestly the tellers don’t have a clue of what they’re doing whenever you go through the drive thru. My husband was cashing a check from his company and instead of the teller cashing it from his COMPANIES bank acct they cashed it from his acct leaving him with a negative balance. Will be leaving this bank as soon as the doors open on Monday. This bank was worth something when it was Commercial state bank but after the change it has been nothing but problems with them!!

I am closing my account with Momentum Bank. It started when I wanted to help my brother-in-law cash his stimulus check. At first, they said they would do it, if I deposited the check into my account and the funds would be available at a later date. Fine, no problem. Then, they say no, they can't do it since my brother-in-law is not on my account. Then she says very rudely: "Take it to Wal-mart, they do that kind of thing". I had 10 times the amount of the check in my account at the time! I guess they really did not want my business that bad. I went to my other bank across town and they gladly cashed the check. Goodbye Momentum Bank.

If I could chose a lower score I would .I was with this back for Ten + Years and all of a sudden they closed both my personal and my business account and would not give my a reason and left me to explain to my vendors why my checks were no good any more . I asked the manager four or five times to give me the reason why all he said was I can not disclose that information and I was asked not to tell .I ran a large amount of money thru this bank every month.!!!!!!!!!!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS BANK AT ALL COSTS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

whoever is the older lady who talks on the phone is RUDE. doesn’t want to look into things, and just has RUDE costumer service. the other girls are nice, but she is rude.

My husband had his business account at this bank. The tellers inside the bank and at the outside window are very rude. This is every time that I had gone there. And they talk to you though it’s not your hard earned money. It’s theres. They have no respect in the way they talk to you. So we switched it to first United bank where I have our checking account opened. First United is an awesome amazing bank. They are all very courteous. They talk to you with respect and are always always nice. First United banks staff has always been wonderful.
