Took 10 minutes at register to checkout, took 2 tries to print a legitimate receipt.and prices of outlet boxes were double of that compare to other hardware store in seminole. 6.99 compared to 2.99. Hard to support local businesses sometimes.

It was sat dec 4. I came to the store because i only had saturday to work on my house and make a half hour trip just so i can get my parts and i arrive at 4:54 and people are leaving and locking up and they see that i am a customer and just lock up anyway and give some fake "I am sorry" never going here again and a monumental waste of my time.

So very sad! I wouldn’t buy ANYTHING from Eric or Amy ever again. Bought a Traeger grill prior to Mother’s Day for my daughter. Was able to grill five times before it broke. Well, I have called at least 10 times (and was told it was between Traeger and myself). Not true. I did not buy directly from Traeger. It is now the end of July and still have a broken grill, no resolution, Eric hung up on me yesterday. Wow, what a “businessman!” I used to believe in buying local, but what for? Over $150 per grill experience, besides all of the stress & headaches! Shame on them! Take your hard earned $$$ elsewhere. Spoke with Chase at Traeger who is helping me finally, (hopefully) get my money back!

The people at This Ace are by far the nicest and most helpful anywhere in town. When I can I come here for any home hardware needs and especially for paint.
