We had hired them to move a 16x40 building he had given us a date which was a Saturday I talked to them on Thursday, Saturday I called asked if we was still on two hours later he calls tells me his dad passed on Thursday and he didn’t know when he could do it said if I got someone else he would understand. I found someone else texted to get our deposit back did not answer till next day. So I’m out the 3 times I drove to Seminole plus my boyfriend having to go get the other cashier check re issued cause it was already in his name plus the trailer we had rented that Saturday to pickup bricks that was under the building so 2 weeks later with the building getting to use on top of money out for gas and trailer rental!!i would not use. Yes I understand someone passing is out of anyones control but not telling us till that morning & not giving us another date is not professional at all
