“We just recently became Costco members and this location is closest to us. The positives is of course the selection in the store, we love the cleanliness, spaciousness, and general atmosphere while we shop. Some negatives is parking is a difficult to find, out of the 3 times we have gone we have had to wait 5-15 min for decent parking. The food court efficiency was also not very good. Many people were waiting in a large group, the system is not effective because it requires an employee to yell out a number and a customer hear it in the crowd. Because we can see all the work being done behind the counter it was obvious the employees were not working as a team and in general looked like they needed a better system. But the food was delicious and all the staff is helpful. Overall great store, just a few things to improve.”

“Check in at the Fratt Drive address, staging is to the right with lots of room to back in. They will call you to head over to the East Entrance and assign a door there. Doors can be tight, depending on which doors. Walk your bills to the check in office next to door 174.My load was a perishable one and pre-paid, no lumper fees - bills are put into the back of the trailer. The doors where I was unload were spaced with an empty spot between trucks, so that made it easy to dock. Others weren’t, not sure why.”

“Unlike some of the other drivers, I had no issues at all. Maybe because my appt was 7pm Sunday, and hardly any other OTR trucks were there. I've seen the lines at other Amazon Fulfillment Centers. I was dreading delivering there.To the employees complaining about pay: learn a salable skill and go elsewhere. Otherwise, you're getting what you're worth.”

“My wife and I had a great experience at this store. Beto was a very nice and made the shopping experience pleasant. He introduced himself when we walked in the store but he didn't hover around which was really nice. But he was always ready to answer any questions we had. We ended up purchasing a sofa and Beto made the process very smooth.”

“Truck drivers: Frozen address as mentioned above is 5641 business park but they'll tell you to check in at 6555 Fratt dr and stage n wait for a call. Docks are tight but not so bad for the seasoned. If you have the wrong set up it might take you a while to adjust and straighten your rig. Backing btwn 2 trucks is a hustle. Street parking on Business Park with no one bothering you. Check in 2hrs b4 appt”
