“I'm SO happy New Braunfels has a Vitamin Shoppe. I went in today to the new location for an online order I placed. I was greeted with one of the biggest smiles by a gentleman (I didn't get his name) followed by a "hello, welcome in". As he was helping me, the manager walked out and greeted me. Her name is Felicia. I started asking about the smell of the store and how I loved it. She showed me the diffuser and showed me the scent that I was smelling. She also explained the layout of the store and showed me some other items. The attention I received at today's visit exemplified EXCELLENT customer service. I will most definitely return and I definitely recommend anyone looking for a nice clean place to purchase supplements at a great price, to come here.
