Mila from the urban decay department helped me so much with my prom make up look. I now have some of the best make up products that will be my ride or die as long as I can buy them. He is literally the best of the best! I hope he is there when I come back to ulta soon. ?????❤️❤️❤️❤️

I will forever be moved by what the employees did for me today. I came in for an appointment at 11:45am for my prom. My makeup was absolutely beautiful and the stylist was amazing she was so nice and sweet. I had to come in later because i ended up crying due to familial problems. They were the absolute sweetest and fixed my makeup free of charge. They were all wonderful human beings and I will be forever be grateful for what they did. ❤️

Salon canceled my appointment with less than an hour notice. Said they were "too busy" to do a bang trim and that no one was available for the rest of the day. The lady on the phone was super rude about it. Canceling appointments with no notice, no plan for recourse, and catching an attitude with customers? I'll take my business elsewhere.

I love this ULTA! Every time I go in, the employees are super friendly and patient. I have been NEEDING a new skin care routine and I found my angels today! Penny and Jennifer are a godsend. Not even being dramatic. Both of these ladies together, made me feel extremely comfortable. I think I asked a hundred and one questions and they both, patiently, helped me. Thank you both so so much! You both are amazing! Even Sergio!As for Kayla and Akaylah, they were helpful at the register as well. Had Akaylah not told me about the 20% off coupon and today being the last day, I’d have spent close to $500. Long story short, her and Kayla helped me out by figuring out how I could receive my coupon and saved me money. I definitely wasn’t expecting that, so it helped! This mama needed something to keep her skin looking good and man, I just couldn’t take spending $20 here and there for stuff that didn’t work!So thank you to everyone there! Y’all’s demeanor and willingness to help is the reason I don’t buy ILKMAKIAGE online ?

I was having a good couple of times with one of the salonist Eileen, but then I went to Ashley because Eileen wasn't available and now my hair is Barney purple and ruined. I cried for a week and they said they could fix it for free. When I came in for the consultation, I felt like I was talked to like a child by the salon manager and the other new salon person (blue hair) who was to fix my hair. I was now afraid to go. I was so uncomfortable and had no faith in my hair being fixed. Three bleaching sessions, all ruined by Ashley who promised me I could go lavender pastel. Nope. Now my hair is Barney purple and ruined. I'm too afraid to ever go back. I've lost trust in Ulta. I've gone to Nicky's LLC salon instead and had a wonderful time and did a way better job for the exact same price! For regular stuff, Ulta is a good place to go to. But for specific hair results, turn away.

I'm not much of a makeup fan but had an event to attend. It took 40 minutes to find items and 10 minutes to stand in line. At the counter the cashier said they needed a phone number. I did not want to join anything. He then asked us if there someone I knew who shopped with them, which I do. But, I did not feel right to give her phone number without consent. He then told me I may have issues if I need to return any of the items. I walked out empty handed ... Time wasted.

Walked in. No one greeted us. Walked around until we found what we were looking for, then could not find any testers for the cologne we wanted to try. Needed access to a locked cabinet. Stood and watched an employee chatting on the phone for about ten minutes. She saw me and did nothing, and yes, she was chatting. Another customer had to go and find a store employee, who opened the locked cabinet so we get what we wanted. She locked the cabinet and promptly disappeared. We never saw her again. We left. We will not be back. If you wanted my business, you would act like it.

This was the worst experience I have ever had at any salon, let alone an ulta beauty. I went in to have a total blonde hair service done. I left with 3 different tones in my hair. I came back two days later to hopefully fix some of the issues that were created by the stylist. The stylist still left me with a mix of tones all over with no formity. When I arrived home had also seen my shirt had been bleached cause of the stylist. All I have gotten is the run around and told it well take another week before they will even reach out to try to fix the wrongs that were done. I have photos of my before what I wanted and the end result totally nothing like I requested.
