We stayed at the TownePlace suits for 85 days. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Whenever we needed towels or the rooms to be cleaned they would do it right away. We were treated like family. The suits that we stayed at were very clean and nice smelling. The hotel was very clean and smelled nice all of the time. I think the prices were very reasonable. I would recommend this place to my friends and family.Rooms: The rooms were always clean and smelled great. The rooms had great space.Nearby activities: All the local activities are within driving distance of the hotel.Food & drinks: I enjoy their free continental breakfast every morning. They had a variety of different kinds of options for breakfast. They also had a happy hour between 4-6PM for drinks.Noteworthy details: In the backyard behind the pool there was a covered area for the guest to have a cook out with family or friends. They also had a heated pool. I felt that that was a fantastic feature for those days that were a little cool but still wanted to go for a swim. Towels are near by for added convenience.

The Bar was closed even though it was scheduled to open. Rented this place for the Bar and pool. Without the bar, the pool was boring. Would not recommend. My day was ruined and my disappointment was immeasurable.

I’d cancelled a different town suites in San Anton due to some mid reviews, and came here instead (so glad I did). We came for a volleyball tournament at FORCE so this location was PERFECT.This isn’t the most exciting area of San Antonio but surprisingly this hotel has rooms overlooking a pool and golf course (request one of these rooms). You would never know there are highways and strip malls right here / this feels so remote. The service is very friendly. And the rooms? They are top notch because they are CLEAN and MODERN. Great closet organizer, stylish bathroom, terrific flooring. Excellent value.

One of a few hotels that does not say anything about car break ins in San Antonio area.Do not plan to sleep on the sleeper sofa. It’s not suitable for anyone to sleep on. We had to ask for a room with two queen beds. Breakfast was a miss, we came down at 8 am to find empty tray for eggs, bacon, breakfast sausage sandwiches. Had to wait for coffee.

Very clean and friendly staff . Great place to stay. Just off the highway.Rooms: Clean and large rooms.Safety: Felt very safe.Walkability: Can not walk to any place yet as highway is under construction.Food & drinks: They have a small bar open in the evenings inside the hotel.Noteworthy details: We needed up with a handicap room. Only thing I would say is be careful as for the tub is very very slippery!Also don’t forget your swim suit they have a heated large pool outside.
