The whole tram was Very helpful! Let us check out the biggest sample I've ever seen to make sure we liked it in our bathroom. Tile was ordered, and we didn't pay until they ordered it. Came in on time as well. One photo is of the sample tile.

I don’t know where to start with my review, well let me start with when my husband and I entered the store no one greeted us and the gentleman that was working didn’t even acknowledged us he continued with being on his cellphone. We did leave to see if we could go somewhere else. Unfortunately, we did not get the good prices that this store had. We had a budget. Therefore, we did purchased some tile from them. We go to pick the pallets in my husband’s truck and when he did that he damages his truck. The owner makes it seem as if he is going to help us with the damage and never calls us back or contact us in any way. THEY ARE BAD WITH ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! They don’t take responsibility for the damaged that they did. My husbands truck was really new.

I came in clueless and in hope for some guidance or at least kind service that allowed me to roam and look at what they had to offer.Im a first time renovator, and was met with above and beyond customer service that is extraordinary compared to anything else I have experienced anywhere else thus far.Reminds me of the kind of place you go in a small town. You can trust what people say, and they trust you. They give you the time of day without judgment on appearance when you walk through the door. In my world, that mentality of not “judging a book by the cover”, says it all.Wonderful and extensive variety of selections from flooring, countertops, tile just to name a few.Their store hours are for the everyday person meeting something open after 4:30 PM. This is a low/no pressure, showroom and warehouse that I just can’t say enough great things about. this sort of business and customer service is becoming less and less of the approach companies take.This is why I highly recommend for any level of remodel or home project. Make this your first stop and you won’t regret it.

We have got great service from Rodd every time we have been here. From helping us pick out flooring after ripping our carpet out to coming back a few months later to get some more it's. He helped us get stair nosing and transitions that matched our floor and gave us some tips too.

I'm blown away by my experience with Flooring Liquidation Guys. They have so many options to chose from, and their prices beat anyone else in town. They have large samples that you can take home, which is absolutely vital when considering trying to coordinate colors. Samples look very different in your home than in a store. The salesmen at the store are very knowledgeable and helpful, they go above and beyond in customer service, but they are also low key and not at all pushy, happy to let you browse alone if that's what you prefer. I fell in love with a particular flooring they didn't have, and they were able to order it for me for significantly less than the store where I saw it.I paid them to install the flooring for me, and Eddie and his team did a terrific job! They delivered the materials, installed, and cleaned up all the mess, including hauling away the old carpet. The crew was prompt, polite, and had excellent workmanship. They moved my furniture out of the way and helped put it back afterwards. They even helped me put on the felt pads I bought to protect my new floors! They installed quarter round to finish the trim with a fantastic attention to detail. I simply can't say enough good things about them!Excellent quality and amazing service for an unbeatable value!

If there were 10 stars for this company, they would get every one of them. We purchased kitchen cabinets, cabinets for our laundry room and closet, backsplash and granite countertops from Roland. He told us in the beginning we wouldn’t find better prices for what we wanted and he was right! After looking at other places, we went back to Flooring Liquidation Guys and got beautiful solid wood greige cabinets. They look custom built and because of the ability to configure the order to the design of the kitchen, we were able to have exactly what we envisioned. Roland is a true expert and so professional to work with. He lined up all the contracting work for installation and made sure he had a finger on the pulse of the project from beginning to end. We kept going back for more ideas for our laundry room and bedroom closet and Roland kept delivering - at a fair price. Highly highly recommend this business and will be going back when we begin work on our master bathroom.

Great service and found the tile we needed at a great price. Had to make 2 trips out there to get the tile but the guys loaded my truck and were very helpful. Next will be our counter top. Thank yall
